The purpose of this web site is to provide residence of the community with information pertaining to the local community. This site will provide space for listing the sale of cattle, horses etc and can be placed on the site by sending this information to Kool-It LTD, Box 756 Wood Lake, Nebraska 69221. Fees will not be charged; however, this site will be maintained by donations. The size of the ad will serve as the guide for donations for the seller. Once the site has expired, the ad will be removed so that the space can be used by another individual. Donations will be based upon the following schedule.

Other ads then the above will be determined by the size and length of the ad and can be negotiated prior to the add being placed on the site. Ads longer then three months can be placed on the site but will be limited to size and length. Kool-It-Ltd retains the right to audit the ad for correctness and will not accept any vulgar matter that is regarded offensive. If an ad requires changes during the schedule period a fee of $5.00 will be ask for in an additional donation. Donation are subject to change from time to time based upon usage. Kool-It-LTD encourages comments and suggestions and will attempt to be responsive to ideas as they are presented. Thank you.
